Banker's Tip Shows How 1 Percent Would Set Their Own Tax Rates

Is it class warfare or just plain meanness? A banker's $1.33 tip on a bill of $133 has some people crying "Scrooge!" To make matters worse, the self-righteous diner circled the word "tip" on the bill and suggested the server "get a real job."
